This site describes career opportunities with Theós Financial Inc and Theós Realty for licensed mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and candidates considering those careers. It is not an offer of employment or affiliation, and it is not an offer of credit, mortgage services or real estate services to consumers.

No guarantee of income or results

Compensation, commission splits, lead availability, lead pricing and lead credits are described in general terms here and in full in the written agreement you receive before you join. Nothing on this site guarantees income, lead volume, or results, which depend on your effort, your market and your license.

Lead credit program

Lead credits apply only toward future lead purchases, are not cash, are not transferable, and are subject to the program terms and eligibility rules in effect at the time. Theós may change or end the program with notice to participants.

Licensing

Originating mortgage loans requires an active NMLS license in the relevant state. Representing real estate clients in California requires an active Department of Real Estate license. Affiliation with Theós is subject to verification of your license history and background as permitted by law.

Use of the site

You may not use this site to send spam, scrape data, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site belongs to Theós Financial Inc or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
