    Tell us about your business today and where you want it to go. We walk through commissions, support, technology, and the lead credit program.

  2. License transfer

    If you are licensed, we handle the DRE affiliation change. If you are finishing your course, we help you plan the exam and application.

  3. Systems and coaching

    You get set up on our transaction, marketing and client management tools, with coaching sized to your experience.

  4. Your first transactions

    Hands-on help from first contact through close of escrow, so you learn by doing with someone beside you.

Frequently asked

Do I need a license already?

To represent clients you need an active California Department of Real Estate salesperson or broker license. Newly licensed agents are welcome. If you are still in your pre-licensing course, reach out now so we can plan around your exam date.

How is commission structured?

Commission splits are competitive and explained in full in our first conversation, then put in writing in your independent contractor agreement before you affiliate.

Do I have to buy leads?

No. Lead purchases are optional. Leads are available if you want to supplement your sphere, and the lead credit program lowers the cost as you close.

Where would I work?

Our office is in Valencia, California. Agents work the Valencia area and the surrounding communities of Los Angeles County.

What support is there on a transaction?

Coaching on pricing, offers and negotiation, help with disclosures and timelines, and a broker to call when something unusual comes up.
