Privacy Policy

This policy covers join-theos.com, the careers site operated by Theós Financial Inc on behalf of Theós Financial and Theós Realty (together, "Theós", "we"). It explains what we collect when you ask about joining us and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, which company you are interested in, your experience level, the states where you are licensed, and anything you tell us about what you are looking for. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to discuss career opportunities with you, to verify licensing through public registries such as NMLS Consumer Access and the California Department of Real Estate, and to keep records required of licensed brokerages. If you join us, your information becomes part of your onboarding file.

Calls, texts and email

If you give consent on the form, we may call, text or email you about career opportunities. Consent is not a condition of joining. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or writing to us at the address below.

Sharing

We share your information between Theós Financial and Theós Realty as needed to discuss the opportunity you asked about. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who host our systems or send our messages, under contracts that limit their use of it, and when the law requires.

Confidentiality

We treat career inquiries as confidential. We do not contact your current employer or brokerage about your inquiry.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; to exercise them, contact us using the details below.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
